Less than two weeks to take a national eight-week new hire training program, delivered in person in the classroom to nearly 3,000 new employees, and move it entirely virtual.
Close to 200 facilitators who had never taught virtually needed to be upskilled.
Together, the team delivered. In less than two weeks, the entire program went from the classroom to virtual.
