Isha Lo is a Global Transformation and AI Strategist, Certified AI Consultant, and The Fixer of Change™. For 20 years, she has been the leader organizations call when they cannot afford to have change fail. She became a vice president before age 30 and has built and operated businesses in the United States and Jamaica.
When COVID hit, Isha was a senior leader on the national Learning and Development team given less than two weeks to move a national eight-week new hire training program, delivered in person to nearly 3,000 new employees, entirely virtual. Together, the team upskilled close to 200 facilitators who had never taught virtually. In less than two weeks, the entire program went from the classroom to virtual.
